TK Hydromax 2003 Rubberized Water Based Foundation Coating

 A rubberized latex copolymer formulation for waterproofing below-grade poured concrete, concrete block foundation walls and insulated concrete forms (ICF) and preventing the penetration of water and chemicals.

FEATURES

•  Bridges cracks up to 1/16" thick to provide a seamless and continual water and chemical barrier.

• Neutral coloring allows for application to either the exterior of the wall or the interior as a decorative coating with additional moisture/vapor retarding benefits.

APPLICATIONS

• For commercial or residential below-grade poured concrete, CMU and precast foundation walls.

• Interior or Exterior Use.

• 45-55 sq.ft./gallon (30-35 wet mil film)
