TK Hydromax 2001 Dampproof Coating

 A plastic solution formulation for dampproofing above or below-grade poured concrete and concrete block foundation walls to prevent the penetration of water and other chemicals.

FEATURES

• Unlike asphalt-based products, TK-HYDROMAX™ 2001 penetrates the surface to form a mechanical bond that is stronger than the concrete itself and will show no peeling, blistering or bubbling.

• Neutral coloring allows for application to either the exterior of the wall or the interior as a decorative coating with additional moisture/vapor retarding benefits.

APPLICATIONS

• For commercial or residential above or below-grade poured concrete, CMU and precast foundation walls.

• Interior or Exterior Use.

• Poured concrete walls:  63 sq.ft./gallon

• Concrete block walls:  45-50 sq.ft./gallon
